After an interstate move, we took a vehicle to a "big box" and waited 6 hours for flat tire repair. We have had three more repairs on that due to nails, all handled with absolutely no delay by Goldsboro Tire Pros. I've been so impressed by their service that I have purchased a new set of tires for our other vehicle. A great business! I'll be back!

Visiting family in Goldsboro and acquired a screw in my tire. As a walk-in was greeted friendly and provided an estimate of a wait time of 35 minutes. The facility was very clean. Due to the Pandemic, seating was appropriate setup with hand sanitizer readily available. Restrooms were extremely clean. The technician explained the work that was required and was very proficient and technically sound. Noticed the Vet hat our Uncle was wearing and said, “Thank you for your service”. Going back home this weekend knowing that we will have a safe journey. Extremely customer focused ....wish they had a location in Georgi.

I was visiting from Atlanta, Georgia and my tire went out on me just outside of Goldsboro NC. It was a Sunday and most stores were closed, so I had my car towed here and called first thing next Morning. I called and was told my tire wasn't in stock, so they assisted me in ordering one and told me it would be there in the Afternoon (between 2-3). I was working remotely and needed to go to the library up the road to work and the President of the Company gave me a ride to the local library as well as picking me up once my car was ready. The service was done wayyy ahead of time and checked out with my car around 2 PM. The Customer service was excellent, service was fast, and the environment was welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Especially being nice and not taking advantage of someone who is from out of town. They had me back driving and made it back to Atlanta, Georgia safely.

I was very pleased with the tires that was placed on my Ram 1500. I was going to put a 4in lift on it but after seeing the 35in tires stock I changed my mind. She look pretty as is. The staff are friendly and Very Helpful! Thanks again

I am so glad that I bought my tires here at Goldsboro Tire Pros. They had the best price I could find. I have been looking for a place that I can go to for all my auto needs. They now will have all of my business. Their business is super clean and professional. Thanks again and I will see you soon for an oil change.
